Looking for a personal trainer who can offer individualized fitness training in a private gym or other locations? Look no further! In addition to private gym sessions, I also offer alternative workouts, such as runs to the beach, swim training and paddle boarding on Richardson Bay to name a few activities I offer. Whether you prefer to workout indoors or outdoors, I have you covered. And with my expertise, I recommend 2-3 sessions per week for optimal results. Group

Having a difficult time motivating on your own? Find friends and workout together! Partner Training is also an exciting way to stay fit, keep determination alive and is also cost effective if you are on a budget.

I will design a program that takes into account varying fitness levels and goals that will challenge all participants while still meeting the needs of each individual in the group.

My home base is Tam Junction in Mill Valley, but I will travel to you! No charge for destinations within 10 minutes of Tam Junction. Contact me for pricing to your location.

Payment

For the convenience of my clients, my training time slots are set in advance, therefore it is imperative that I stick to a firm cancellation policy. I require clients to inform me of cancellations 24 hours in advance of our session. If you do not inform me within 24 hours, you will be charged for the session. It is recommended that all canceled training sessions be rescheduled to ensure consistency and fitness progress.
